Zenas Substratum, a registered Non-Profit Organisation in South Africa (Registration Number: 256-958), is committed to transparency and fairness in all financial transactions. This refund policy outlines the terms and conditions under which Zenas Substratum will provide refunds.

 

Scope

This policy applies to all donations, sponsorships, event registrations, and sales made to or through Zenas Substratum.

Refund Criteria

Refunds will be considered in the following circumstances:

• Error or duplicate payment: Where an error has occurred or a payment has been processed twice.

• Cancellation of event or project: Where Zenas Substratum cancels an event or project and the donor or sponsor has made a payment specifically for that event or project.

• Donor or sponsor request: Where a donor or sponsor requests a refund within a reasonable timeframe.​

Refund Procedure

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

• Contact Zenas Substratum via email (info@zenas.co.za) or phone (+2776 581 6876 or +2776 794 3762) within [timeframe, e.g., 30 days] of the transaction.

• Provide proof of payment and reason for refund request.

• Zenas Substratum will review and process the refund within [timeframe, e.g., 14 days].

Refund Methods

Refunds will be processed through the original payment method, where possible.

Exceptions

​

No refunds will be given for:

• General donations not specifically earmarked for an event or project.

• Goods or services already delivered.​

 

Amendments

​

This policy may be amended at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on Zenas Substratum's website.
