Zenas Substratum, a registered Non-Profit Organisation in South Africa (Registration Number: 256 - 958), aims to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods and materials to our supporters and beneficiaries.

This policy applies to all shipments made by Zenas Substratum, including:

  • Donor rewards and gifts

  • Merchandise sales

  • Event materials

  • Relief and aid shipments

Shipping Methods

We use the following shipping methods:

  • Local delivery services

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates will be calculated based on:

  • Weight and size of package

  • Destination (local or international)

  • Shipping method chosen

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Local deliveries: 3-7 working days

  • National deliveries: 7-14 working days

  • International deliveries: 14-30 working days

Tracking

  • All shipments will be tracked.

  • Tracking numbers will be provided to donors and supporters.

Delivery Address

Please ensure that the delivery address provided is accurate and complete.

Failed Deliveries

In the event of a failed delivery, we will:

  • Attempt to contact the recipient to resolve the issue.

  • Charge a re-delivery fee (if applicable).

International Shipping

For international shipments, please note:

  • Customs and import duties may apply.

  • Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance.
